You will work with our team to guide you through the entire process. We will bring all of the ideas you have, as well as our years of experience, to take the blueprints and make them into working drawings of your newly designed home. You will have the opportunity to create your dream home by adding your input and desires to everything from the floor plan, to the countertops, the fixtures, finishes and wall colors.
You come into this process with a budget and it is our job to help your new custom home fit that budget. We have designed and built custom homes in the Abilene area of all sizes and that fit all types of budgets. We also can help point you in the right direction for design, financing and other needs involved in bringing your dream to life.
Once we have all of the design and budget details, we will then finalize the contract. This is the process of getting all of these pieces in place and putting it all in writing so you are sure to receive the home you desire and choose. After careful review, both you and Remarkable will sign and the construction process can begin!
